Rural Economic Development & Social Enterprises
70% of Myanmar’s population live in rural area and earn less than 1.5 USD a day. Livelihood improvement in rural areas will lift the whole economy. The social enterprise model will be explored to help rural people manage their own development processes and used as a cross-cutting policy tool to solve the policy challenges faced by rural communities.
